After the decision
The types of mandate we can accept
Once the Les 10 Préalables™ engagement is complete and the family has made its decision, WELLHERITAGE may, if the family so wishes, accept a written and distinct mandate for the execution of the chosen transaction.
Sales mandate
Exclusive or semi-exclusive, for the confidential marketing of the property according to the discretion protocol defined during the audit.
Search mandate
For the identification and qualification of a property matching a precisely defined wealth-related acquisition project.
Wealth advisory mandate
For ongoing oversight of the asset — arbitration, transmission or restructuring — beyond a single transaction.
Every mandate is subject to a scope, a duration and fees determined and accepted in writing before any work begins — without exception.
The legal framework

WELLHERITAGE holds the professional license authorizing real estate and business transactions, issued by the CCI Paris Île-de-France under French law no. 70-9 of January 2, 1970.
The mandate is never the first step in our relationship. It is, when the family so decides, its culmination — formalized with the same rigor as the audit that preceded it.
