With nearly ten years of experience within prestigious houses and demanding international environments, and an MBA in luxury marketing, I have developed a deep understanding of excellence, discretion, the expectations of a demanding clientele, and the importance placed on detail.
This experience is complemented by thorough training in wealth management, which allows me to approach real estate as a component of an overall wealth strategy — acquisition, structuring, investment, taxation and transmission. WELLHERITAGE was born in 2018 from this conviction.
My training in commercial law reinforces this approach by bringing a rigorous reading of the legal, contractual and wealth-related issues that accompany major real estate transactions and more complex holding structures.

My activity is built around the France-Italy axis, with a dedicated approach to exceptional real estate in both markets. This cross-border dimension allows me to advise on acquisition, disposal or wealth-structuring projects while taking into account the specific features of each country, their practices, their legal frameworks and their wealth-related logics. It is today one of the guiding threads of my positioning and my advisory approach.
